How to use it?

For Windows Live Mail user:

1. Download the stationery from our blog
2. Unzip the file
3. Put the unzipped files to My Stationery (which is in My Document Folder)
4. Open Windows Live Mail, and click NEW email
5. Click Stationery and choose More Stationery
6. Double click the Stationery

For Thunderbird user*: (Following steps based on thunderbird 2.6 with Stationery extension)

1. Download the stationery from our blog
2. Unzip the file
3. Create a New folder (e.g. My Stationery)
4. Put the unzipped files to the folder that you just created (e.g. My Stationery)
5. Open Thunderbird*, click NEW email
6. And, click Other Stationery
7. Choose the stationery from your folder and click Open

*We recommend Thunderbird user to install Stationery (an extension) before you use any stationery

**Please beware that choose your stationery BEFORE you started editing the email. If you change the stationery during the editing, you will loss all the content in your email.(This is a bug/function of the extension)

For Thunderbird users:

First of all, you need to download an extension calls Stationery (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4394). Once you downloaded and installed it, you will see a minor different on the "Write" button, which let you to choose or add a stationery from a list before you start writing the email. Once you click it, you can start writing your email within the stationery.

For Windows Live Mail, Windows Mail, Outlook express and MS Outlook users:

You don't need to get any extension to use stationery in your email. This is because MS have already put this function into the program.
